Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings of pitches and facilities made through the Campivio platform. By completing a booking, you accept these terms.
2. Platform Operator
The Campivio platform is operated by dectria GmbH, Sulb 48, 8543 St. Martin im Sulmtal, Austria. dectria GmbH provides the technical infrastructure for campsite operators. The respective campsite operator is the contractual partner for the accommodation service.
3. Booking and Contract
By selecting a pitch, entering your guest details, and completing the payment process, an accommodation contract is established between you and the respective campsite operator. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.
4. Prices
All displayed prices include statutory VAT. Additional charges such as the tourist tax are shown separately. Prices are set by the respective campsite operator.
5. Payment
Payment is made online via the payment provider Stripe at the time of booking. Common payment methods (credit card, debit card) are accepted. For bookings with a voucher, online payment is waived in whole or in part.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are set by the respective campsite operator and are displayed before completing the booking. Please note the individual cancellation deadlines. For cancellation requests, please contact the campsite operator directly.
7. Check-in and Registration
After a successful booking, you will receive a link to the digital registration form. Under §5 of the Austrian Registration Act (MeldeG), all guests are required to complete a registration form. Please fill it out before your arrival. Access to the pitch (e.g., barrier opening) may be linked to the completed registration form.
8. House Rules
Guests are required to comply with the house rules of the respective campsite. In case of violations, the operator reserves the right to terminate the stay early — without entitlement to a refund.
9. Liability
dectria GmbH, as the platform operator, is not liable for the accommodation service itself. Liability for the pitch, facilities, and on-site safety lies with the respective campsite operator. dectria GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct in connection with the platform.
10. Data Protection
Information about the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) apply.
12. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms as needed. Changes will be published on this page. For bookings already completed, the terms valid at the time of booking apply.
