Cancellation and withdrawal

1. No statutory right of withdrawal

Booking a pitch or accommodation carries no statutory right of withdrawal. Under §18(1)(10) FAGG the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for accommodation other than for residential purposes, or for services connected with leisure activities, where the contract provides a specific date or period for the trader's performance. That is the case for every booking with an arrival and departure date.

2. The campsite's cancellation terms

Independently of that, the campsite operator grants you a contractual right to cancel. The operator sets the deadlines and any cancellation fees. For this site they are:

• Up until arrival: full refund.
• Within 48 hours of booking: always a full refund.
• After arrival: refund for the nights you do not use.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel your booking yourself using the link in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, contact the campsite operator directly; their details are in this site's imprint.

4. Who your contracting party is

The accommodation contract is concluded with the respective campsite operator, not with Campivio. Campivio (dectria GmbH) only provides the technical platform. The operator's full details are in this site's imprint.
