Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded (booking confirmation).

2. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (dectria GmbH, Sulb 48, 8543 St. Martin im Sulmtal, Austria, email: office@dectria.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

3. Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We shall use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

5. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the accommodation service has been fully provided and you expressly agreed to the commencement of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period (e.g. by arrival and check-in). According to § 18(1)(10) FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation contracts with a specific provision period, provided this was communicated before the conclusion of the contract.
